Hi there! Glad you're here. My name is Nicole, creator of Nicole Elena Design. I have always had a passion for nature and all things creative and being able to be outdoors and create art is how I found Landscape Design. In 2019 I moved from North Carolina to Florida in pursuit of building a career involving my passions. I have spent several years studying Florida landscapes, working beside well-respected landscape professionals in the area and creating inspiring gardens and outdoor spaces in Vero Beach, Sebastian, and Melbourne. After a few years of working for a fast-growing company, I decided to take a leap and use all of the knowledge and experience I had gained to launch my very own design business.
My mission with Nicole Elena Design is to use my horticultural and design knowledge to help homeowners as well as business owners create a sanctuary in their home and garden spaces. The garden should be an extension of our styles and personalities and bring a sense of not only serenity, but inspiration.
What Exactly do I Do?
Nicole Elena Design offers services for new builds, full rehabs on existing gardens, partial gardens, as well as courtyards and container designs. From the first meeting, I will offer ideas upon seeing the space and be able to propose a scope for the design. Throughout the design process, we will communicate to ensure concepts are on the right track. The design process typically includes a variety of schematics from hand-drawn sketches to digital renderings and CAD-style drawings. I will guide you in choosing the right landscaper for installation, and work with them to ensure the sourcing of materials and any other garden art elements we may include. Having your designer present during installation is crucial to ensure proper execution of plant layout and vital design elements. Seeing it come to life is the best part!
My field experience not only in design, but project management and garden care, allows me to offer consultation on any questions or concerns regarding the garden, whether horticultural or aesthetic.
Nicole Elena Design can offer in-house installation on small container projects, and regular consultation on garden spaces to ensure health and longevity of the plants.
